DELIVERY

All Orders are mostly shipped on the same date of order placement. (If the payment is completed on or before 5pm)

All Orders Placed on Sunday will be shipped only by Monday.

Delivery of your package can take anywhere between 2 to 7 Business days from the dispatch date depending on the destination.

In the event that a non delivery occurs on account of a mistake at the customers end (e.g – Wrong name, Address or Contact no) Any extra cost towards re – delivery shall be the responsibility of the customer.

What if the Package received in damaged condition?

If the packaging is tampered during transit or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package. 

True Bovine will not be responsible if the tampered package has product missing or got products which you did not order.
