RETURN & EXCHANGE
1.CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT IF I DO NOT LIKE IT ?
If the product you bought do not fit or not of your liking, You can return within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase, Provided the goods are unworn, Unused, with all the original tags intact, along with the original packing such as dust bag and boxes.
2. HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Please contact our customer executive or directly write us @ email@example.com. Please do provide us the reason for return.
We will arrange for a reverse pickup for products to be exchanged or return from the delivery address given on the time of order placement.
If 14 days have gone by since your date of receipt of your order, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you an exchange or refund
•Returns that are damaged or soiled, Washed or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and / or a refund refused. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
WHO BEARS THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping charges need to be borne by the customer & are not refundable by us. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit when the item is shipped by the customer.
CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY PRODUCT ?
Yes. We will refund the amount if all the above conditions are fullfilled. Refunds will be processed through the same mode as the original payment within 7 business days.
